1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f108 platform (including the website and mobile app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by f108.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the f108 platform. f108 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The f108 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. f108 reserves the right to request proof of age and suspend the account of any user reasonably believed to be underage.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of f108 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. f108 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact f108 customer support immediately.
Personal information provided during registration may be used for identity verification (KYC) purposes prior to withdrawal processing. f108 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or bank statement to verify the accuracy of your information.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the f108 platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or f108's rules;
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical functions of the platform;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party;

- Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorised credit card processing or money laundering.
F108 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, if any of the above rules are violated. Balances in accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be forfeited in full.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the f108 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). f108 supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, internet banking transfers, and approved e-wallets.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Any delays outside f108's control, such as banking system outages, are not the responsibility of f108. For withdrawals, you must ensure that the registered bank account details are accurate and in your own name. f108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Any bonus or promotion credited to your account is subject to its specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Please review the applicable promotion terms before accepting any offer.

Users may also request account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal in the usual manner, subject to the required KYC review.
